We Are Open During This Time
Central Mallee Osteopathy
- April 6th, 2020 -
”During restrictions, you are allowed to see your osteopath for urgent care and essential pain relief.”
Firstly, we hope each and every one of you is safe, healthy, happy and adapting to this new time from home.
We are all wondering what life will look like in the next few months during this period, and ongoing into the future, but staying in contact with people, checking in, and helping those in need is so important. It has become increasingly important that personal exercise and maintaining your health and employment are the priority of routines in this period.
"We are remaining open to assist essential workers, and all those that are in need of urgent or essential pain relief and care.”
A few things we want you to know about our current situation beforehand:
1) We are following all government regulations for working procedures and have extra cleaning measures and protocols in place to ensure a safe environment for both staff and patients.
2) We have amended the schedule, total number of appointments, and time between appointments to make sure the clinic has appropriate social distancing, and time to follow safety procedures between patients. (Reducing to one practitioner on allocated shifts.)
3) You must wash hands/hand sanitise on way in and out of the clinic.
4) Please wait in your car until your appointment time, keeping others outside or in the car, and only bring with you if absolutely necessary.
5) We have made an exceptional Telehealth service available online for all non-essential, non life-threatening musculoskeletal care, including advanced rehabilitation, advice and injury management consulting. You are now able to book this online.
.
Please call at any time for any advice you need, as the situation is changing regularly. Our team is 100% ready to adapt to new changes, and we will let you know if and when things change.
Swan Hill is operating as usual, but call to check regarding service in Kerang & Sea Lake.
We value your health and our staff, and will do our best to continue serving our community safely during this time.
As always, we are looking forward to looking after you, wherever you are.
